One of the biggest decision a Seller makes is where to price the home before bringing it to the market. There are some cases where the Seller picks a number, where the Zillow Zestimate is used, or where the agent sets the price. I am clear that a collaborative, analytical approach will best serve the Seller, using real sales data that will also be considered by mortgage lenders and Buyers.
