      I agree with much of what you said in your video, but I’ve have lost a contract as when buyers found out there were multiple offers, both parties didn’t want to compete and we lost both buyers. So it’s kind of tricky to say the least

        I hear you Kathy, it is tricky. All the more reason to keep your client fully informed and share with them their rights. Realtors serve the consumer at the end of the day.
