Revised home price predictions – Tom’s Take #260

Zillow came out and announced that they will be revising their predictions for home prices in 2022.What they were originally guessing around an 11% increase in home values, is now coming in at 16.4%!Some other real estate professionals have completely different predictions as well.A lot of times….they’re wrong!Tune into episode #260 of Tom’s Take to find what this all means for homeowners, sellers, and buyers ready to make a move!
