January 2016 Market Update

2016 is here, and we now have clarity on what happened in 2015.  Prices remained stable while the number of sales significantly outpaced 2014.  The early indicators are that 2016 will be another record year in the greater Philadelphia area.  As we head into the first quarter, inventory is still low and demand remains strong.  Interest rates are still in the 4% range, but for how long?  Check out this 3 minute video to find out what all of this means for Buyers and Sellers as we head into the new year.
