Karen Terry joined the team in May 2014. Karen is a professionally trained stager and has a clear understanding of what gets the right emotional reaction from Buyers when they walk through the door. Karen provides room-by-room recommendations to make each home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers in today’s market. She also executes our follow-up system with sellers to keep them informed and with agents who have showed the property in tandem with our listing agents.
Karen lives in West Chester. She enjoys seeing her sons, bike riding, exercising, and outdoor sports.
