- Provide you with appropriate disclosure information
- Discuss with you, in person or over the phone, your goals regarding your move
- Assist you in working with a financial institution to arrange for a mortgage pre-approval (if required)
- Notify you immediately of available homes that meet your search criteria via email, telephone, cell phone, fax or whatever method works best for you
- Arrange to walk you through homes that meet your needs
- Provide you with information regarding recent comparable sales for homes that interest you
- Secure all disclosure information from the seller
- Provide you with an estimate of your closing costs
- Assist you in filling out a sales contract
- Negotiate the best possible price and terms for you
- Coordinate home inspections, radon inspections, wood destroying insect inspections, well water inspections, on-site septic inspections, etc. as per your request
- If need be, negotiate requested repairs with seller/seller’s agent
- Attend settlement with you, as your agent.
