- Conduct a broker open house so local agents see your home first-hand
- Send out over 1,750 “Just Listed” announcements for maximum exposure
- Discuss holding a Sunday Open House with you
 - Initiate the print advertising campaign
[Inquirer/Suburban/Main Line Times, etc.] - Provide you with feedback reports from potential buyers
- Negotiate and evaluate purchase offers
- Open an escrow account at Re/Max Main Line to hold buyer’s deposits
- Guide you through all required pre-settlement steps including home inspections, radon tests, wood-destroying insect reports, mortgage contingencies, title report review, etc.
- Arrange pre-settlement walk through for buyer
- Attend settlement with you as your Realtor.
