Not only is Tom's father a Realtor, but two of his aunts are as well, making him a real estate legacy. His early exposure to business not only has taught Tom much but it also has given him a leg up on the competition. Tom is extremely passionate about his clients and their needs. His enthusiasm at a young age enabled him to earn his real estate license before graduating from college and helped him to sell his first property within two weeks. This early success put Tom on the fast track to the top of the real estate profession.

This market knowledge combined with Tom's real estate pedigree and his never-ending search for techniques to better represent his clientele have made Tom a seasoned negotiator. Wendy Friedland joined Tom in June 2010. A graduate of Allentown Business School, Wendy handles many of the administrative duties including critical internal systems, the necessary flow of paperwork leading up to settlement, inspection coordination, and the preparation of key marketing items. With over 7 years of experience in the legal and financial fields, she has been a valuable addition to the staff. Wendy lives in West Chester with her two children, is an avid reader, and loves to travel. |
